Definition of “Junior”
A JUNIOR (U19) rower is not older than eighteen at any time during the calendar year of competition.
For 2015, this means anyone born no earlier than 1/1/1997.
Definition of “U23 / Senior-B / Intermediate”
A U23 (SENIOR-B) rower is not older than twenty-two at any time during the calendar year of competition.
For 2015, this means anyone born no earlier than 1/1/1993.
Non-Junior scullers compete internationally as U23 and at Club Nationals
as INTERMEDIATE. For 2015 it looks as though USRowing may add the U23 category
to these championships.
